Vivu Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Vivu's video indexing, search, preview, export, web application, plugins, and connectors.
Using Vivu
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use Vivu only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you upload or instruct Vivu to process.
Your media and permissions
You retain ownership of your media. You grant Vivu the limited permission needed to store, transcode, analyze, index, search, preview, and export that media at your request. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and process the media, including any personal data it contains.
Plans, usage, and payments
Plan limits and prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew on the stated billing cycle until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. We may enforce usage limits and suspend abusive or fraudulent activity.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vivu to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute malware; bypass security controls; unlawfully monitor people; or process content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you use the service.
Service availability
Vivu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Search and generated descriptions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before consequential use. We may update, limit, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Account suspension and termination
You may stop using Vivu at any time and request account deletion through support. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security threats, fraud, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other notice where required. Questions may be sent to support@vivu.ai.
